How to successfully manage a short IT development cycle of AEOI software
The timely implementation of the Multi Data Exchange Solution (MDES) for the Ghana Revenue Authority for AEOI.
Background
In June 2019, the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) and the Ministry of Finance of Ghana selected our Multi Data Exchange Solution (MDES) as the preferred AEOI software solution. The project included the implementation of two AEOI modules supporting the automatic exchange of Common Reporting Standard (CRS) information and the Exchange of Information on Request (EOIR). At the moment of signing, the GRA had less than three months before September 30th, the annual CRS deadline to exchange information with other reportable jurisdictions.
