Ingeborg is an experienced project and program manager. She has 20 years of experience in the areas of Strategy, Organization, Business Process Analysis and Design, Human Resource Management, Change Management, and Systems Implementation. Over the years she has been involved in different projects, mainly in the public sector. She is responsible for the overall project management of the development and implementation of the online portals of the Inspectorate of Taxes of Curaçao, Caribbean Netherlands (Bonaire, St. Eustatius, and Saba) and the Tax Inspectorate of St. Maarten. 

Furthermore, Ingeborg is also responsible for the overall project management and product ownership of the development and implementation of the Multi Data Exchange Solution for various clients around the world, such as the Government of Greenland, the Ministry for Revenue of Samoa and the Tax Administration of Peru (SUNAT). Her broad engagement portfolio has made Ingeborg a versatile consultant who can be involved in and is able to manage large projects.
