Giovanni was born in Suriname, raised on Curaçao and continued his education in the Netherlands. Experiencing different environments and their diversity has positively shaped his approach to life and career. One of the reasons he came back to Curaçao is to give back to the island that helped raise him and offered him good opportunities. Giovanni joined BearingPoint Caribbean as a Test Engineer in May 2019. He is part of the team that is developing the Multi Tax Solution for the Tax Department of Curaçao. This way he hopes to contribute to the Curaçao community, by offering his knowledge and experience in software testing and test automation gained at Dutch multinationals.
