Cesar was born in Venezuela and raised in Curaçao. After finishing high school, he went to the Netherlands to study Business Informatics. In 2016 he finished his studies and started his career in the IT consultancy as an Application developer (Microsoft Technologies). Cesar worked on many projects for clients like The Dutch tax office, municipality of Amsterdam, Imtech NV, Philips, KPN and many more. He started his career as a .net application developer and specialized in Microsoft Business Intelligence. Cesar is a Microsoft Certified Solution expert (MCSE) in Business Intelligence. At BearingPoint Cesar is working on a Data warehouse based on SAS technologies.
