Medical insurance cards for St. Maarten civil servants extended to March 31

WEDNESDAY, 02 JANUARY 2013

PHILIPSBURG–The medical insurance cards for civil servants and teachers have been extended to March 31, Social and Health Insurance SZV has advised.

SZV urges all heads of the Human Resource Departments of civil servants and teachers to report to SZV, where they can obtain the grey mutation forms that must be filled in and returned to SZV.

“This must be done in order to verify all the information necessary for re-registration and ultimate printing of the new SZV insurance cards for these persons as well as their dependents,” the insurance service provider said in a press release.
“SZV would like encourage this group of persons to act promptly by responding to this urgent request and would like to apologise for any inconvenience this may cause,” SZV said.
