GEBE meeting on Wednesday

PHILIPSBURG–Members of Parliament (MPs) will continue their discussion about the current state of affairs at utilities company GEBE on Wednesday starting at 2:00pm in Parliament House. Energy Affairs Minister and Shareholder’s Representative Christophe Emmanuel will be present for the session together with the management team of GEBE.

The Central Committee meeting started on May 15 and was suspended to give the Minister and GEBE team time to research answers.

The meeting was requested by United People’s (UP) party MPs Franklin Meyers, Theo Heyliger, Sidharth “Cookie” Bijlani, Tamara Leonard, and Claret Connor.

The public Parliamentary session will be live on St. Maarten Cable TV Channel 120, Pearl Radio FM 98.1, www.pearlfmradio.sx and www.sxmparliament.org.
